I must have been a good girl this year 'cause my Santa sure did contribute a sleigh load of great pressies for the Knitting/Spinning Room!!! Believe me, I was soooooooooo surprised!!!

I can guarantee you that while it's still on the animal, yak doesn't look anything so good as what Santa brought you! :lol: Looks like you're set for spinning and knitting for a while, eh? :thumbsup:

I think so....just hoping to get a bit better at the spinning thing before I tackle that lb of Yak. It's soooooooooo soft though. I think I'll try the Jacob first, however. I love the three colors together!

Pam, this will be so fun to see the transformation when your do your spinning...I'm not sure I have ever seen yak hair like this. It does look beautiful. You must have been good this year ;)

I'm pretty chuffed with my haul for sure!!! Once I get the stuff finished that is on the needles now, then I'm going to start in on those books and see what I can come up with! I don't know where to start...well, I do actually...An idea for my first project is coming right out of one of those books for the St.Patty's Swap! Anyway, I have several years worth of knitting just from those books and my wool!!! (Good old Santa!:heart: )
