View Full Version : I hate to paint Flowers--to JANE and PAT

Hello.

I had try more times to paint a Flower with oilpastel.

Always the result was like a "child" paint:evil::evil:.

I have not picture because the results was very dissapointed, so i destroy always the Paper:eek:.

Can you Jane or Pat do a WIP about flowers:confused::confused:.

I would love to do one, but my time is hugely limited now. I don't see getting any art work done until after the holidays. Maybe Jane can.
Here is a link to a WIP I did this past spring. It is not a true teaching WIP as I didn't inclued any colors or methods of blending.

Pat's tulips are beautiful - they show how to use colour so well. I have attempted a few flower paintings over time, but I find them hard to do too. I have only done a couple that I actually liked, so I would recommend asking Pat to do another WIP in the New Year. I find yellow flowers particularly difficult to do. Jane

Thanks, Jane and I agree that yellow ones are hard to do.
There is a classroom in the library dealing with yellow.
