If you have AOL for email

If you are using an aol email address, you may not be receiving messages from wetcanvas.com. I don't sell email addresses, but there are eNewsletters from WetCanvas! as well as responses to any email that you have sent to the support center.

Check your spam folder, and then your spam filter. If you would like to hear from WC!, or if you are expecting a response from the support center, please make sure that (@) wetcanvas.com is included in your address book. :)

AOL members are not the only ones affected by not receiving emails from WetCanvas! Some other ISPs have recently configured their security settings making emails from WC! impossible to receive.

We are doing what we can on our end to configure the DNS, but on your end, it might be good to consider a free email account through one of many providers. We can't control what ISP do to prevent spam.

Another possibility is your own security system or firewall. Make sure that you have cookies enabled for WetCanvas! through your own system.
