This is a revision of the 2nd image pictured below. I tried to use the suggestions of the critiquers when I posted "I'd Rather Fish".

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
Hope this is better than "I'd Rather Fish", but I know there's always room for improvement, so whatever you think...

I think it is absolutely super! That is a perfect painting, miles apart from the first.

oh much better composition...now we are focusing on the man with the pole...and thats what we want! and now the title suits it better...I very much sense the anticipation--and also it looks like he's having a good time

Gosh I love it! I live few min walk from the Mediteranian sea, and the sea is in my soul. On the second one, his hand, the "Hassake's" direction (how we call it) and the way he hold it don't look well to me, but light and athmosphire are great.
