MY COMMENTS:
This is something I did for my grandfather a while back. I was thinking he wanted something almost Bob Rossy and he seemed to like this. I tried to do my own thing and not exactly copy what he did but I did it alla prima.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
I would appreciate any sort of input. Thanks!

I like the composition, you just need to add some highlights. Everything can get kinda muddy wet on wet, so go back now and put some more definition into it.

I agree about the highlights, but even more of a range of analogous colors, for instance instead of just green, yellows and even blues to indicate a sparkle of sun or shady spot. The overall composition is well done!

Good painting, for sure you are advancing your paintings. Especially the sense of depth is striking. I have two points to note.
First the paining does not seem to have shadows of the trees. And the foreground is a bit too much bright with respect to background.
Those are just small points, except those very good composition.

Thanks for all of the support and input, it really does mean a lot.

Now that I look at it, things seem to blend together too much and I could go back and add more detail and definition.

It would make a lot more sense if it were more shady near the viewer.
