Hi everyone,

I have already posted this over in the sci-fi/fantasy forum but I thought I'd cross post it here. This is a furry and all the art is digital original sketch was drawn with my wacom and all the other parts are digital paint in Art Rage. I am going to post the pieces and parts and show what I have so far. I hope you guys don't mind I was just curious as to what you all think?

This last pic I posterized it to just see what it would look like but I do not intend on keeping it that way. Hey if you don't like my work I'll just move along hahahahaha (Hope you do)

Thanks for any crits or suggestions.

great concepts, you might want to consider running the completed picture through some kind of filter , just to make the painting and the picture part look more complte, an experienced eye can tell the animals were added to the sky at the moment.keep going your painting ability is great!

Where the hair meets the arm, it kind of looks like some of the older glued on wigs you see on peoples heads. Try blending that some or perhaps some sort of shadowing. Right now it just looks to abrupt. You did a good job where the hair and skin meet at the left shoulder. As to the background, you obviously have talent, draw the background in rather than use the photo. Interesting work.

Wonderful concept and original sketch, cartuneman! I agree that the tree doesn't seem to fit--compositionally, I don't like it lining up with the lion's face so well for sure. Even with the attractive cloud formations on the right, it divides up the picture plane into two unbalanced parts. Why have the tree at all? I like your work, so take this input for what it's worth to you... ;-)
