Jay,

I agree with Diane, and did before reading her post.

This one (#1) s so interesting, colors beautiful, textures, and he enlongated face/figure is very appealing to me, especially right now.

I've been doing some freehand paper and pencil sketches of faces, off and on since last December and many of them have turned out to be elongated without my indending that result.

It's kinda hard to predict what will happen when we draw with our eyes closed which is how this series is being done. It's quite an adventure! Try it some time, but keep it simple and don't peek!

Again, I love this one, Jay.


I see an old Indian (Native American), then I see a 17th century gent with a wig or an 18th century gent with Ben Franklin hair. On further study, the little puff of "lace" above the face makes me think this might be great grandma! :D

In any case, and whoever it is, there's lots to look at here.

Yes Wenkat, I've found a person here for printing. But It's not easy getting stuff printed. A lot of times the colors change entirely and then I have to get them reprinted. At that point, it becomes a matter of who's stronger at arguing that decides who foots the bill for the unwanted print....lol..
Also these people try and pass off what they have at hand, in terms of the quality and size of the canvas. They claim to have only a certain width canvas in stock at a given time and naturally after printing your required size, there's going to be quite a bit of wastage which also you're going to get charged for. So you need to check with your printer what size canvas he has in stock before you send stuff for printing. Also it's a good idea to meet him in person and see a small swatch of print on the same canvas before the whole image goes for printing.Oh,it's quite complicated....
You should look for someone local. Just do a net search for your city. All the best! :)
Oh, and just remember, you need to have atleast 200 dpi resolution before you set out to create an image. 300 is even better.

You'll have to find an interior designer or architect who does a lot of business with hotels and public places such as malls & all. If you're not sure of your stuff, let him see your soft copies and if he likes something, have it printed. Can't get easlier, right?
