ISLAGA proudly presents Jen Geldard on Thursday/Friday (Oct. 4-5) , and Saturday/Sunday (Oct. 6-7). The classes will be held at Inspired Fire Glass Studio in Lafayette, Indiana. The class fee is $350.00 for ISLAGA members and $375.00 for non-members. This fee includes supplies and a catered lunch. Classes will be limited to 10 individuals per class. To enroll:
1. Contact Sue Daniel or myself (lori@lampworkbylori.com) via PM or email indicating which class you want to attend.
2. Pay the non-refundable class fee in full.
To pay by check: Send a check for $350 (members) or $375 (non-members) payable to ISLAGA c/o Fran Carrico, 791 W. Hepatica Dr. , Pendleton, Indiana 46064. Include the class name and dates in the Memo section of your check.
To pay by PayPal: To pay by PayPal you must include the PayPal fee. Send $360.45 (members) or $386.18 (non-members) to paypal@islaga.org (paypal@islaga.org).
In the event of a necessary postponement by ISLAGA due to inclement weather or for any other reason deemed legitimate by ISLAGA, you will be notified in a timely manner regarding the rescheduling of the class. If after receiving that notification from ISLAGA you notify Sue Daniel in writing within one week of the announcement of the rescheduled date that you are unable to attend the Class on the rescheduled date, then you will be given a full refund. However, if within 7 days after you are given notice of the rescheduled date, you do not notify Sue in writing that you cannot attend, your money will not be refunded.
ISLAGA is not responsible for any non-refundable transportation tickets, non-refundable lodging reservations or any other expenses in the event of a cancelled or rescheduled class.
Jen was here in 2004 and we are very excited to have arranged for her to return to teach these classes! We hope that you are too!
