ATC watercolor. Struggling to get clear digital pictures this size. Anyone know any secrets? Does look a mite better in real life, I think.

Love it!

Try resting your digital camera on a flat surface like a counter or picnic table to minimize any shake. At this size any motion at all will effect the picture. Also try taking the picture outside in north light - it helps to show the correct colouring.......Lea

Actually I'd rather see the art than this fellow in real life, lol.

Make sure you have plenty of light when you take the photo and check if there is a "macro" setting on your digital camera - often with an icon of a flower. This setting allows the camera to focus clearly on something close.

Great job Meimei! I'm going to have to try ATC's. i don't think I would be able to paint that small. I'm glad you put more colours on him...he was pretty camouflaged.

Get PS elements not the full blown version. It's really inexpensive (less than $50.00) and it does everything you'll ever need.
And I love your little lizard thing. Who gets this ATC?

Do you have a 'macro' setting on your digital camera? If so, that is what you need to get a sharper pic.

I found the macro button on my camera - that's exactly what I needed to know. THANK YOU! Also, on my way to Amazon.com to look into PS Elements.
