I've been doing quite alot of work on atmospheric conditions. Every year, I choose a different area to work on and research in my paintings. Last year I worked alot on back lighting conditions, this year it's atmospheric perspective. By concentrating on different areas, I can learn alot about landscape painting.

It's a beautiful painting-- I love the way you get your greens so fresh and clean, and yet so varied.
That's a very good strategy-- at some point I might adopt it. Right now I'm just searching to put together a process that consistently works for me. :)

Have to agree with RoseQ....Linda, I really like that atmospheric depth you have here with the palms pushing back. I'd like to see more like that....
