This is my version of the old man.. I like th black and white version, but wanted to add color to it. Put blue in eyes too to sparkle them up. I left the emblem off of the hat. I painted this in painter X.using several brushes. The sponge to give texture to face(pores). conte brush for wrinkles plus the air brush.. used the suret brush for texture to scarf .. and conte brush for whiskers. and had fun...:D

I commented on this earler, it just disappeared.

Any way, I just love the mixture of black and white with a touch of color, very nice indeed.

Thanks all for the nice comments on this panting. I like it myself too.. especially making the wrinkles to look life like and sparkling the eyes Also useing several differnt brushes, which I don't tend to do. I usually stick with just the air brushes, but this gentleman needed more than a smooth look.
