Ima gonna start this one guys - I feel the NEED!!!!!

I am SO inspired by you all and I relish in the wonderful goodies I see here on a daily basis.

The talent and craftsmanship is beyond wonder - SO many beautiful things to look at and drool being careful NOT to get my keyboard wet.

Anyway, I made some twisties (shown below) and incorporated them in some marbles. I was trying for texture, depth and color all at the same time. It took almost 2 1/2 hours from start to getting them all in the kiln!

Anyway, wadda ya think?

I'll start with the twisties and 2 marbles.....

Great job, Rich!! I agree with Barbara, although I do like them all, I like that second one the best. It looks like you could really poke an eye out with the spines on the flower. Great colors - how big are they?

Juls - I love the colors in that set. I would never have thought of putting them altogether, but they really work.

Anastasia - those are fantastic! Is that painted enamel? Talk about fun..!

Great showcase!! What talent.

I haven't posted any pics for ages but am slowly getting organised again. I just wish I could take better photos. I never dreamt it would be so difficult to photograph a bead!!!

Here are 2 from me. The 2nd one is that very very pale blue that is almost clear - nothing like the amethyst it is looking like in the photo

Jacqueline - we usually start the daily showcase the evening before. Not always but frequently.
Different time zones. I blame those pushy people on the west coast (hehe), however, I like to check in around 10pm est just before I hit the hay.
