Just finished this, it's for my watercolor students this afternoon, we will be using tissuepaper on WC paper, and applying watercolor paint as well as guache.
Comments?

Thank you Jim, I hope they like it... the tissue paper will creat lines in the texture they can see so when they apply color the rocks shouldn't be too hard to follow, thanks again,

Thanks JJ they loved. They all said i cant do that, but in theoir own way they did it, was very fun had over ten students today, thats $100.00 an hour LOL

Hi Rees, this is just store bought tissue wrapping paper you get at christmas or for general gift giving.
I tried some of the colored wrap but its made with a plastic of saome sort and didnt want to stick, the regular colored pastel paper tisue works tho, have a goi at it its fun, and thanks for the kudos,
chunky looking and fun, I'll betHi Pam so nice to see you, yes this is fun, I have tried this on slabs of wood also, but the white opf the WC paper makes foir better texture and tonal values, thanks for looking I appreciate it,

Another great one Kat. Love the bold color and shapes of the sandstone monoliths of the southwest. :)
