I apologize for always starting threads, but I'm excited about this set, & wanted to share. If you're tired of me, don't look.:) Inspired by a Chintzware saucer, I present Chintz to you. Hope you like it. Love, Helen

Do you really expect us to find words that express just how gorgeous your beads are??? Beautiful doesn't do them justice :)

Wow, Helen! They fit that plate so well that I think you may want to put them on a different background so I can really see them!:D they look like they're part of the plate! Well done! Amazing work!

I still want Helen to write a book on how to do her flowers.

Helen, your new eBay store decor is glorious! How did you do that?
04-12-2007, 11:16 PM
Thanks, Mary! I got it on ebay.:) There's a link at the bottom to the lady in Holland that did it...The Pink Tulip. We worked about a week on it. Didn't she do a good job cutting out my real beads for the categories?
Someday I'm going to have flash like you're walking into my garden through a rose covered arbor where you can pick flower beads and put them into the basket on your arm...but I'm gonna' have to learn how to do it myself. What I want has to be invented, heehee, and I'm sure I can't afford it. Love, Helen

Yes, she certainly did a good job! it has a freshness to it! the same as your own work re-creating flowers from your garden. The black heart background reminds me of the piece I own...:wink2:

Beautiful flowers Helen, next time suggest showing the plate beside them...it is so busy it is hiding your beautiful work.
