Hello! This one is my first painting on multiple canvas! It’s the view from my holiday house. It’s on a little village called Sibanas, near Arouca.

Thank You,

It looks a lovely area where you are having your holiday, depicted by your painting. Great idea for a triptych and a good subject for it. I like the random spacing of the houses on the hillside and the way the trees are separated by interesting negative spaces. The one thing I would check are the shadows cast by the trees. The shadows in two tree areas appear to be going different directions. The shadows in one section angle up while the shadows of the tree line on the right, angle downward.

What a great view. Would enjoy being there. I rather like the syle of this work. It has a very direct nature to it. The simplicity of it works well for me.

Very inviting scene. Spread across the 3 supports certainly adds to the interest.

When painting multipul canvas as one scene the hardest part is to make each canvas be able to stand alone, I believe you accomplished that, although the canvas on the right (to the viewer) seems a little dark.

This is a very charming scene, hopefully we will see more of your work soon
