Welcome to the world of posting! :)
I like the blues in the distant waters. What is the size of the piece?
Be sure to investigate this fine tutorial by Byron Pickering on painting water:

Hello Samuel12  welcome to the forum

Lovely composition. You have all the elements established and the subject is good, however, you are missing darks. I would darken the base of the wave more and the rocks in the foreground. The spray off the wave as in  is good :D ;)

Hi Samuel, you have some great shapes and light going on in your waves. I like the action you created. I hope you decide to post more here as you go on your painting journey. The Marine Forum is also chock full of great information on painting the ocean and water in general.

looks good Sam, I do question why only one wave looks so green, it's a bit disconcerting, great wave action you have going on and the sky is splendid

good movement, but i go along with the suggestion of more darks. I like the green but maybe it should be a little throughout the water. and a little less intence in the big wave. I think it has a lot going for it. Keep working. Jan

I'm glad you decided to be bold with the colour, and glad that you posted here. This is full of light and movement. Your second painting? I'm impressed already and looking forward to seeing more like this.
