YUPO 20x26" (full sheet) W&N w/c....Portfolio Series water soluble Oil Pastels....and I even used water color crayon in a couple of spots.
This is an imaginary scene.....it was a lot of fun....and I learned a lot doing it.......thanks for looking.......C&C always welcomed.

Chief, I love the way you have combined the lovely pastels with the bold primaries -- unusual combinations -- but they really work with this scene. Just one look puts a person in an upbeat mood! And it makes me hungry for some seafood too . . .

Thanks Pam, Barbie, and Fran.......when I'm in the heat of battle (with my painting).....I don't give a lot of thought to colors, one just seems to lead me to another, and somehow at the finish it seems to work out.....:lol: Chief:lol:

It must look absolutely gorgeous as a full sheet and the colours are so wonderfully clean thanks to the Yupo's pure white!

Thanks Tina......I think YUPO has gotten a bad rap.....it takes some getting used to of course but after that it's like anything else......and the advantages make up for a lot of the difficulties........:lol: Chief:lol:

I wholeheartedly agree, and its time for me to order some more yupo,
course I can't make those wide sweeps that waggs can with his tail....
