Always wanted the holes in the beads to be clean with no sign of any marks.
These are some of the results.http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/10-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3804 http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/10-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3812 All the best for the week end.

As promised this is how the tube beads are made with photos.http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/12-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3796 The hot glass is pulled and twisted and finally bent .
http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/12-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3673 the colors are picked up on the pre heating platehttp://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/12-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3633 All is then dipped in the hot pot and the blowing and shaping is made. http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/12-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3676 The grotto for re-heating and for adding colors . After the shape is done it is annealed. after that the cutting and polishing is donehttp://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/12-Mar-2007/35170-IMGP3724
All the glass is the 96 system (c.o.e. 96) .
The grinding and polishing on a 6 inch flat Lap from inland. They have a "package" for all that you need.
Hope I covered all the bases. You can let me know if you have a question.
