thanks for the nice comments Dewi, Curious, deepat, "J", Elaine, TC, kordelia, fortysomething, connievanwinssen,mbeckett, sundiver, Helen , wabbitt and Horst

I did the water with the impressionist brush then blended in some other colours with the clumpy dry brush set at a very low opacity (and suprised myself as to how it turned out :D ) oh and I use a wacom Intuos tablet and pen

Outstanding painting Jean I love everything about it especially the water ... just beautiful...you know I always use a blank canvas might just try blocking in the colors like you do to see if I get more deapth I tend to end up with alot of white or grey in mine depending on the canvas color. :clap: :thumbsup: :clap: :wave:
