Hi Celeste and Taz!
This was such a quickie I didn't figure anyone would take the time to say anything so I would like to say thank you both for taking the time.I had fun doing them.I want to see how well I can paint from limited palettes and still keep the values in place.

I really like this! The simplicity and the warmth of the palette is very appealing to me. What size is this one?

That's a wonderful practice Tony as it keeps more unity and lends sophistication to the painting, I think. Plus, painting quickly keeps it nice and loose, as does using a bigger brush. Keep up the good work. Don't you find the more you paint, the more you enjoy it? :)

this is so much different from your usual studied approach! You can almost feel the freedom in each stroke, very nicely done Tony

Ann:) ,this one and the flowers are sort of smaller than my usual. They are both 12x8. It is a warm feeling piece isn't it.
Celeste:wave: You are soo right about that.As soon as one comes to the end I get antsy to start another.I think I'M addicted:D
Hi Howard:) Simple is a nice change for me.I wasn't sure I could pull it off.
Hi Carol:wave: It is a zen thing!!
Hey Doc:wave: I can see now why you like the freedom we can all see in your art.It is so much more relaxing than my approach!
Hi Bobbo:) First time to meet you. Thanks for coming by!
Hi Maureen:wave: I wasn't sure the lighter ones would come across in this sort of painting but I am so glad you could see it!:D
