I haven't been in this section for a while so thought I'd pop in to share a few watercolour blobs!

I'm hoping you can see animals in them!

These are just for fun as I was playing letting shapes form.

Thank you for looking!

Jean.

A cape buffalo and monkey, indeed! Oh how I wish my watercolors would "spill" out that perfectly! ;)

I love these; I use to tutor junior kids and teach them to use their imagination by scribbling on a blank piece of paper and try to find something within it from their imagination. Had lots of monsters and aliens. Girls found dolphins or swans.

Here I see the buffalo and monkey but I looked further at the buffalo and I found two faces (one blowing raspberries) and a chess piece.

Jean
very good (and very differnt pics)
The first has a fanatstic loose feeling ansd is something that just jumped out at me as the sort of work I really like - the second is just made by that branch that sticks up - the contrast in textures is great

I love watercolor done this way, flowing and spontaneous. You have inspired me to go play (been working on an oil up till now)

I see the water buffalo and the monkey.
Your palette is pleasing to the eye. Nice combination of color especially the buffalo image. Light and fun.
