This is a 5"x7" on Ampersand Black Claybord of a car that was in the family many, many, many years ago. I found an old postcard in an antique shop of the Plymouth model and thought it might make an interesting scratch?
C&C. Might add color or maybe not!http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/12-Nov-2006/28168-Plym370001.jpg

In those days I bet that car must have cost around $500!! That must have been expensive in those days.

Real nice work. I like the detail - I bet the grillwork was hard to do.

Thanks Dave! The grillwork wasn't easy, but I think it works ok!!

Oh, I love it. Back in the early 60's, when I was a teenager, my mother owned a 1936 Plymouth. I loved that car. She painted it green and painted an image of "The" roadrunner on it. You make me nostalgic.

Oh, I love this. I love "old" things, no matter what they are- they recall ("seemingly" anyway) better days. I think I'd leave it just as is, no need for color- actually IMHO I think it would loose something with color.

Bertoni - your style suits this car to a "T"...Excellent. My preference would be to leave the color out of this one.
