This is a 5x7 on Black Claybord I'm playing around with right now. Not too sure of it! Those two typhoon looking things started out as clouds!!! C&C

It is interesting...the clouds definitely create an aura of vastness. For some odd reason known only to my subconscious, it reminds me of Colorado.

I agree with Karen and the reflections in the water give it depth. Do you work out of your head, or life, or a photo?

Karen: Thanks for looking anc comments!!
I usually work from life or a photo...but this one and Scratchscape 1 which sold are strictly out of my head. So maybe I'm "out of my head"...:D

This looks llike a fun piece Bert! I like the way the clouds turned out... for some reason I feel like there should be a light house in there to guide me :D

Actually there is a small lighthouse there at the end of the landmass around the center!!!!

Bertoni, this is such an interesting piece. It is so different. Don't know why but it makes me feel "story-bookish". You know, like "Cat in the Hat" or a fairytale place for some reason. I can't see it well, too small, so maybe that's why it gives me that feeling, but there is just something about it...
I like it.
