Specially adequate for these dates, this is the cloister of Tarragona's catedral.
Pen, ink and water on drawing paper, it is 20 x 14 cm.
Hope you like it. Please let me have your comments. Happy Easter to all of you.

This is lovely Dolors! I'm looking at as many drawings as I can that have extra wash or watercolour, to see how it is done.
There is so much to look at in the drawing/painting..
You have a wonderful Easter also

Great detail and washes dolors.

The little tree above the buildings on the left is beautiful - so loose and full of life.

Love your work. You really have a way with pen and ink. Do you put in the washes first or the pen work and then the wash?

You have a very good eye as to just how much and where to put washes. This piece is filled with so much detail and texture that I would never tire of looking at it.

Thank you all for your kind words.
Inklink I first draw with pencil, then follow the drawing with lines of ink, then the washes of ink and water and then the pen work.

Dolors- thanks for taking the time to reply. I really am going to have to try some washes. Love the way it looks.

This is a lovely piece. Great composition - draws the eye in and makes you want to linger and take in all the detail. You are an inspiration.
