Started my most difficult painting so far I guess. To paint my sons. I´ve tried before without succeeding. Something so difficult about painting something so wellknown to you. but I´ll give it my best.
My I present Anton (right) and Jakob (left) age 11 and 9.

Even with so few details, both boys' personalities are beginning to peek through. :thumbsup: Isn't it fun to spend so much time with the people you love?

Looks like your off to a great start Sara, and I love it when I'm painting one of my own and sometimes I get a great suprise and they at least start to look like them :D

This is off to a tremendous start! Waiting for the updates and I know what you mean about painting someone you are close to .... you won't accept anything less than perfect. :thumbsup: :wave:

An update on my "close to heart"-painting. Painting one child at the time, started with the eldest - Anton.

Sara, I find it most difficult to paint the ones I am closest to ... family. I guess I just feel I can't paint them as beautiful as I see them. This is a wonderful start ... please don't give up. :clap:

Small update on Antn. A lot of painting and repainting on this one:)
But every time I feel I get something right I get new energy to finish it!
Now there´s the hair, and.... the trillions of frickles he´s covered in :)

One question, aren't their eyebrows too light? I haven't seen them but they seem too light here.
