One of the things i avoid is shadows across a road/street/etc. I try to pay attention when tchris, for instance, posts another of his cool fall walks. Really dont know if it's getting through, but i realllllly tried on this one. Thanks, Leah, for nudging me....:p ...........

5X7, softies on red craft paper, 2 hrs

Hi Nonny it's still looking nice though.
I remember painted trees shadows on the street for monthly acrylic and had to cover all until street looks like a river. :lol:

i love it nonny! the blue shadows really make it, and the bits of red unify the whole thing!

I also tried shadows of Different Strokes at Acrylic forum and it didn't work out. The red paper, different greens, and shadows work great!!!
