I decided to try a really small pour to see if it would work... problem is I still have to wait for it to dry completely before I can move on to the next mask. I don't count that as part of the two hours but at the rate they dry it will take three days to get two hours into this. Here is the drawing and the second pour. It's watercolor, 4 1/4x4 1/4 Arches 140 lb. I'm also taking advise from two workshop instructors.... one said when you're working on a large piece do the same subject small... well, I reversed that and am doing on 8x8.... the other said do the drawing on tracing paper then when you transfer it you have a reverse and you can transfer it again and have it the right way. I have done one other small one so it is going in the opposite direction. Once all three are done I'll post them all. Time spent so far about an hour not counting the drying time and I started yesterday

I'll be back -- your work is always fascinating, and its neat that you show your progress along the way. Thanks for taking that extra trouble.
