I think this looks good. I think that the sky needs some attention - now it is a very saturated blue, and quite flat. It is a bit diffult to determine the time of day, but it looks like it should be brighter. I have attached an illustration where I made the sky brighter, and a bit more varied. I added some yellow (to indicate sunlight), and some purple closer to the horizon. You may want to put some clouds in for better sense of depth. If this is a middle of the day scene I would make the shadows sharper and the sky even brighter.
I also toned down the sign on the front of the building as I thought it took too much attention. I had trouble finding a focal point, and my eye wandered up to the tent-like construction on the top of the building. I think that if you add a bit more saturated color to the leftmost man's hat (I made it more red), and increase contrast and detail in this area that would work well as a focal point. I made some edits, but as the figures are quite small they look rather smudgy after the edits.
