This is an old house I like it very much. It is only pen and ink, not water as I used to do. Please comment. Thanks.http://www.wetcanvas.com/Community/images/21-Mar-2002/tinta1.jpg

Dolors..........This is another of your excellent works, and just as successful as your pen and ink wash. I think we share a passion for those things historical.

You are a master, thank you for shareing.

I have to agree with everyone else, this is great! I especially like the bars in the window on the right.

It is only pen and ink, not water as I used to do.

I hope you haven't stopped doing washes!:)

WOW!! GREAT INK WORK!!! You seem to have a knack at these types of drawings. You have great perspective with this piece as with all your other works. I like the simplicity of not too much shading, yet the values you do use, find a way to balance out the drawing. Thanks for posting :D

I love this picture. What kind of pen/ink did you use?

Thank you Wendy. I draw with classic nibs and chinesse ink. Normally I do washes with ink and water with one of my water color brushes (you can see some of my other drawings in this forum) but now I'm only using ink.

Dolors: I have so much to learn from you! Besides your obviously perfect perspective, I am in awe of how you demonstrate the different textures of the building---from wood to plaster---with line only. You're amazing!
