MY COMMENTS:
This piece was done over an old unsucessful watercolor. I used masking tape and glazes in two layers.
I then added the orbes and squiggles. At this point it looked great and had great depth. But then I thought I could make it better and that's when I blew it. I added splatters and little dots and lost the depth. I slept on it overnight and the next morning put a blue glaze over it and refreshed the colors on orbes and squiggles.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
My question is. Does it still have the depth I wanted. Does it look like the orbes and squiggles are floating towards the viewer. Is this worth saving.

It's whimiscal and cute.

I think you would have more depth if you worked on shadows on the ribbons of the balloons.

And the ballons need them also....where is the light coming from?

Nice save!
