Hi all,
This has been sitting on my shelf for ages, got caught up in other stuff. But here it is, the finished version of the Telecaster, finally, lol! The colours are a bit off, pic taken with flash, and as usual the purples and blues are kinda hard to get right...but it's close though.
C&C welcomed and appreciated!

I'm glad you got this down off your shelf and shared it with us.
What a fantastic painting, it could easily be confused with a photograph.

A real winner Merethe. I'm always amazed at how the simples objects lie in wait for the creation of such great paintings.
Cheers, Dianna:thumbsup:

Marina, Paul - thank you so much for your comments, means a lot to me! :)
Anette - thank you! I do hope the painting has a story in it too, and that my love for music comes through...I wanted to get a feel of blues&roots through this painting, as the owner of the guitar loves the music and is a "southern man" by heart...as his guitar reflects.. :)
Bhavana, designjunky and Dianna - thank you all, for your positive and enthusiastic comments, it truly inspires me... :)
