thx for the replies
Arlene, Victor.. Would you have clicked the link(s) if I didnt include the "I refuse to accept......" line ? Or do you never click linked images on principle ?
The image attached is a masterpiece by Rembrandt and it is scaled to fit the 500x600 limit. Can you see the fine detail on their clothes ?
no?
Try this instead: http://www.kfki.hu/~arthp/art/r/rembran/painting/group/night_wa.jpg
ok, before my post is deleted.. let me say that I do understand why you have a pixel-limit here..Sad, but it works in a way(or you can link you images like I tried).... BUT, Why do you act like it is a good thing... very strange
(I'm not saying my work is so bloody good that you need it fullsize, but it is sad that you choose not to click anyway)

no vermillion i never click...it's extra time and there's so much i want to see here...and i agree that it's hard to get the full feeling in such a small size.
But the internet doesn't give a true representation of one's work either...
but why not do as others do and do a close up too...i've done that...the last time was with my colored pencil piece, coal miner's memorial. it's here a bit further down in this forum.
won't leave a link, so you don't feel the need to do turnaround...LOL ;)
