Hi, I did the painting with the kids on the stairs. It was a bit difficult to do the stairs.... I thought anyway. This was fun to do and I liked have a time limit. This is the first time I have participated.

I think you have caught the antics of the figures really well in this.

Nice light too!! Well done! Keep coming back.

Glad you could join us, CathyD. These art events are such fun.

I did this scene, too, and I agree, the stairs are difficult - but you handled them well. At least yours look like stairs. I really like the little guy at the bottom of the stairs - looks just like a toddler I know.

Thanks everyone, you are too kind. Baquitania, I LOVE the way you put so much color into yours, they are wonderful.

I really enjoyed the way the artists here took the same image and made it their own, and each with quality. This has been a really fun experience. I liked the time limit, it forced me to not mess with it for too long.... I tend to overpaint! This has been challenging for me and I enjoyed it!
Thanks again, Caron!

Cathy, the thing I liked best about this picture was the light and the curve, and you've captured both so well!

I love how your kids turned out too, they really catch the eye, especially the tussling toddlers, they worked out really great!

Can't wait to see what you come up with next time! I hope you'll continue to take part, I want to see more!

Great job!

So many things to look at in this one...the upstairs kids, the slack lines running from building to building, the hollow doorway...Good job!

This is lovely CathyD.

The children seem to move, and I really like the colours you have used.
