I am still working with Acrylics first try at a person with these and I still need to practice, practice, practice. LOL :lol:

This is very nice marge, I dont think there is any one who doesnt need to practice practic practice :P. But seeing results like yours and Jeans(others of course), Its not to hard to situp and do it.

Nice, and I like the angle of the head.

I seem to remember in the distant past, I had to pactice, practice, practice to drive a car.

I like the shape of the head a lot. The shape is probably more circular than would be photo-realistic, but it gives it a friendliness or a warmth maybe that fits the warmth of the scarf. I wonder if a little more contrast among the lights and the darks would make it more interesting, but I like what you've done. Thank you.

Marge, I also think your portrait is very nice. I do agree with Tom concerning the highlights and shadow. Keep working on your brush mileage.:)
