The final battle scene from a story that I hope to one day write. This one has been in the WIP pile for more than two years. Good to finally get it finished! :D

Thanks, folks. I won't be seriously working on the story anytime soon; I refer to it as my "retirement story" because thats when I have time to write! :D

I would have sworn I posted to this....probably hit the wrong button LOL
Anyway I like it ...... is this a snake person??? Reason I ask is the face looks very familiar especially since we killed a rattler in the yard a couple of days ago. I definitely remember the shape of that head and the fangs.

I really like the way he's holding the sword. There's such a strong feeling that the snake monster is going to get a good whack in just a moment. That's pretty cool...like you've done it nicely enough that it's easy to anticipate or feel the next panel.

Thanks again, folks!
is this a snake person
If memory serves me correctly, I based the creature on a combination of american rattle and blacksnake.

I really like the way he's holding the sword
Thanks. I researched a number of swordplay sites to try to get an authentic feel for the cutting motion.
