This was done with watercolor on unsanded plexiglass, and I used creatacolor water soluble crayons for the darker areas to get more coverage. This print is called 'Sunset Dam'

I love this! What is the size?
Any idea where I can find info about how to make monoprints? Any books that you know of? I really like the effect of yours.
Thanks,
Victoria

Very nice, Sassy!
I like the way you used the 'beading up' of the paint in your image.
Victoria -- Julia Ayres had great book out called 'Monotype: Mediums and Methods for Painterly Printmaking.'
There are a couple of thread in this forum with a lot of good info on monotype too. :)

Gisela: A tardy thank you. Just refound this thread. They have the Ayres book at Amazon. It's now in my shopping cart along with 48 other art-related books.
Thanks again for the info.
