actually...I was just thinking, depending on how your monitor is set, if its near like mine, this image here is larger than actual life. So, I went back into Photoshop and changed the size so by comparison you might see it closer to its actual size...

Oooh! This one is exceptionally appealing to me, Larry ... Nice use of "white" (or, in this case, "brown") space. My favorite part is that tiny hot spot in the shadow behind the marble ... delicious!

Marbles are such wonderful objects to paint, Larry. I like this one a lot. The subdued background allows the marble to be the center of attention, and shows off the reflected light and soft colors. Lovely.

the background is fab but for some reason I'm reading cuff_link instead of marble (Sorry!)

Did I say "marble?"....whoa dude....I meant cuff link...yep, that's it!!! :)
