Anyone know a good way to learn anatomy. What i have been doing is making xerox copies of diagrams, in photoshop i remove the labels then make myself draw a figure and add each muscle. So far i learned most of the muscles in the front chest, upper thigh, outer leg.

Eliot Goldfingers book is really good. He shows 3 diagrams per muscle group. Skeleton, Mucle drawing, and photograph. Works well, you can see the muscles well on the photo.

Here is an old, but still useful resource on this site:

Actually, i took an anatomy class a while back and i really decided to learn all aspects of anatomy. So the thing that i am doing now is going to the Gym and working out, in the hopes of actually building the muscle on me. I think that might be a good way to learn anatomy first hand. It sure is hard, so far im 155 lbs of pure flufy muscle.

Seriously, i think ill cut costs of using models if i can get myself into a superman type physique.. I have done some full body self portraits to keep track of my physique metamorphisis as well. Its a project!
