Good-bye Rose!

Our guide, Rose is stepping down as a guide! She is going to be moving on and teaching classes about painting in her area. We have really enjoyed having Rose as a guide. Her friendly and concerned manner will be missed!

I know that you will be popping by now and then, Rose! I hope that everything goes well for you in your new ventures!

It has being worderfull Barb serving WC and this forum in particular where I have learned so much about Classical art and techniques.

I leave :( but I will be around whenever I can to support the forum as usual and learn from all of you and help any way I can. This have being my home in WC, a special place for me.

As much as I enjoy WC, there seem to be an inordinate number of sad times lately with the departure of valued guides and moderators. Rose, I'm really sad to see you leave, even while wishing you the best in your new endeavor. It has always been a joy to read your comments and see your art, and I will miss both. As I think I may have mentioned before, it has been great fun to feel like I had a fellow spirit in an exotic spot (for me) like Brazil. All the best to you.

Hey guys I wont go for good, I still be around sometime. But true I will have less time. The reason I have to step down is due to personal necessity and I do need to dedicate this time to my work. Hey supplies dont pay by themselves, LOLOLOL ;) . Things will slow down and get better eventually and then I will have more time.

Being a guide is just great but demanding. I hope you all can appreciate the time Nickel and Barb give to provide a nice home for those who love Classical Art or are interested in learning about it. They really deserve it. I loved working on their side, they are great people too. And awesome artist I love and respect very much like all of you.

Ok I will shut up now, or I will start crying. :)

I never post here, being a non-classical sort of person :evil:, but have to wish Rose all the best (and this is the place to do that). Doesn't it seem like the really good, sweet people should get given more hours in the day? We could, like, take some hours from the meanies and move them into the days of Rose, Barb, and the other sweetheats!
