Snoozing pug on an oriental rug

I am getting SOOOOOOO caught up in these aceos! The ref photo (from the morgue) had him on a blue rug, I love to draw oriental rugs, so added one here. Not enough room for a wood floor, which I like to put at the edges!!

Anyway, here it is!!

Great pug I want to give him a big squeeze.:) I have also been finishing off a large piece for an exhibition at the moment. Aceo's make a terrific breathing space between major works.That's not putting them down in any way I love them.... totally addicted. They just don't pay the bills :{

I am doing mine around commissions. Actually bought groceries with my ACEO money!! Yay!!

I really like to mix it up, to do large, small, commissioned, chances, etc. And they are a terrific way to do a study for a larger piece!
