Allow digital alterations?: Yes!

MY COMMENTS:
My digital camera skills are very poor, the first pic is with the flash on, more true to color but a little brighter than it really is. 2nd pic is a close up because the work I do is very detailed but hard to capture with a camera.

Canvas board, white acrylic paint mixed with ceramic stucco, with black and gold acrylic.

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
Any op's you may have.

Unique and funky. Is the acrylic squeezed straight from the tube or are you using some other implement like a paint syringe?

I'm not great at digital photos either and I don't have a real photo set-up at home, but from trial and error my tips are a) without flash is better, b) ceiling fluorescent bulbs help compensate for no flash, c) zooming in from a distance will focus better than getting closer with the camera, and d) there are some images digital cameras just can't grab right. It's as if certain patterns, textures, or light reflections confound the camera. Usually you can switch to a 35mm on those instead just fine.

Lobster ...,

The acrylic is hand squeezed form a 2 oz squeeze bottle using a 5mm, 7mm, and 9mm metal tip to create the lines, shapes depth and thickness.

Thanks for the photo tips, I'll apply them to my next piece.
