I received a Yarnell video for Christmas and watched it this weekend. I painted this from memory and want to do in acrylics now...we will see.

When you said you wanted to do it in acrylics, do you mean traditional acrylics? The scene is very good.

I think it would look beautiful as an acrylic, do it! I agree with Joel it has 'an air' of Thomas Kinkade:) :clap:

TxAggieDarlin who's Yarnell? :confused: Is he Jerry Yarnell the artist? I looked at amazon and saw some wonderful painting books of him.

oops here is info on Jerry Yarnell..He does have a tv show, but I only catch it at 4 am on Sat...yeah, I never see it LOL

He has a whole series on setting up a pallet, preparing the canvas etc that is just wonderful...The one on color...not so good lol
