Now this was truely an experiment. This is the first time I've ever drawn in this type of event. I was an hour and a half late starting. Therefore, its not finished. This is also my second time drawing and shading..and the first with archetecture. I thought I would try..I learned...next time I'll pick the easiest one I can find..laughs..Peg

Thanks Crissy and Ivy..I learned and realized I can infact do architecture..not very well on this piece but felt I was in such a rush to do it. My fault of course..now when is the next drawing night? ..and please..what time? I just happened across it this evening..Peg

That's what's nice about these drawing events-they push you to do things you think (or didn't know) you could do...and I think you can definitley do architecture...

Good drawing Peg!
I think buying supplies was money well spent because you are obviously going to put them to good use. :) . Look forward to seeing your work at the next drawing event.

This is a great drawing.....there was a lot of detail in that reference photo...I would never have been able to filter it all out and pick the important things like you did!
Fun wasn't it?

I REALLY like this. It has a solidity but with a certain delicateness about it. The details are excellent, and overall effect is lovely.
