Sandra,
This one is done very much in the same style as the one I painted on Wednesday.
I really like this style, and am stunned when using these colours, which until now just lay in my box gathering dust.
I think that even in my Portraits in future, I will try to incorporate some of these colours into it, it brings them so much alive.
I have another one sketched out for Monday, but here is todays offering.

It is 24" x 32" painted in soft pastel, painted in approx 90 minutes, with a short break in between. That took me up to lunch time, then after lunch, I framed it.

Joe, this is another sensational work. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/biggrin.gif The composition and use of colours are great -- I love the way you mix your colours together, such as the red and blue in the sky.

I would really like to see some details of the way you work. I realise this might be difficult to photograph now you have it framed -- could you take some close up pics of the next one before you frame it?

thanks

The above Painting sold as I was framing it.
Someone came into the room enquiring about other pictures they had left in for framing, and offered me more money than I would have asked for.
Its like having my own personal Gallery
(without the costs)

Lori,
Thank you.
I have posted PLENTY of my work here, but mainly on the Projects boards, I have been encouraged to post more of my work here, and as I paint in Pastel, it makes sense.
I usually get 2 or 3 completed paintings in a week.
So look out for more !!
