Maria, the way you play with colors is superb. And only you can handle Impasto very well as this brush is bit hard to control. Love her hair and addition of pinks on her cheeks.

Your Mom.

Marie? You and Coop must have grown up with the same teacher. Just absolutely stunning work! I guess I did not realize we can venture around the WC and I will be doing so from now on. I too wondered who this sweet little person was. Now I know.

Barry, thanks. I love bright colors. And Jet has posted the link where you can find that sweety. I am pretty busy now a days in painting family portraits and other portraits also. But I couldnot resist myself by painting her as she is a beautiful subject.

Jet, thank you for the vote of admiration. Thanks for posting the links also.

Jean, thank you for such nice words.

Mom, thanks. Didnot I say I love impasto.

Patrik, thank you so much. You did well with the impasto as I saw yours in that thread too. Your work is absulotly facinating.

Babs, what can I say........! Thanks for the compliments.

Good work, Maria!

Maria, your Jordan is far better than mine as I was out of practice. Love her hair, the colors of skin and the texture. I tried impasto myself but couldnot do the justice with it. I wonder how you handle this messy medium. You are special indeed.

An update. I worked on the hair more to make them soft.

Yes indeed Maria, the hair is up to the quality of the rest now I think. Lovely
