Print Exchange Notice...

I am back on the ship, and have limited access to E-Mail and internet for the next month... But, this did get sent to me, and I thought that there might be some interest-


Extended Deadline: Call for Entries 4" x 6" Small Hand-Pulled Print Exchange. Paper size is 4" x 6", edition of 12 prints. Subject theme is open. Each artist will receive 10 prints of other artists work. One print will go in the StoneMetal Press Archives and the other will be donated to StoneMetal Press as a fundraiser. Giclee and commercial output prints not eligible for this exchange. StoneMetal Press is a non-profit fine art printmaking facility in San Antonio. Deadline is Jan 6, 2005. Open to any printmaking medium and will be exhibited at StoneMetal Press during through Feb 4. Include an SASE for return of the prints from the exchange.

These can be fun exchanges- I have been involved in similar ones in the past- but, can't make this one beacuse of the deadline!!

Do you think they would mind if the prints are part of a series but aren't identical. The nature of my prints make it so that I can't edition them. Also, is press printing okay? I always want to try to participate in this kind of thing but am terrible with deadlines and don't think my work really qualifies.
