First, let me say what a nice site this is.
A client wishes for me to paint a rodeo scene that will fit over their couch. I am in hopes of finding reference material. Raezin

Some ideas: Check the cable sports channels--ESPN, etc. They broadcast the more important competitions--calf roping, bull riding, bronco riding, etc. Video tape them and then freeze-frame what interests you.

Good luck.

Try http://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en
This is the IMAGE search engine, and it is very good...
Almost anything can be found here if searched for right. I always do a search with "QUOTES" around the word. I would do a search for yours like this... "horse" "rodeo" ...
Notice the QUOTES and the SPACE between the searches, the space actually helps to separate the two, and narrows it down better. Here's what I came up with...
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&imgsafe=off&q=%22Horse%22+%22rodeo%22&btnG=Google+Search
I realize that you may have already known this info, but it might help someone, you can never tell. I also don't use plurals in a search, but do if I can't find what I need right away. Sometimes there's just some stuff that isn't there. I'm sure that you also know that it's for references, 'cause of copyright issues. Just in case, not try to be a smarty-pants!:D
Hope that this helps!
