Yes I love semi abstracts. I sometimes think good art has a good deal of abstraction, which allows the viewers mind to play. I can see the sargent brush well in there!

:clap: :clap: :clap: Good art also allows us to ADD to the picture according to our own experience of the world. After admiring the beauty of the flower, for instance, I am reminded of that moment when I lose my balance, and the world is filled with edges that dance. No doubt each viewer will relate a bit differently.

Barry thakn you and you are the one that got me into playing with that brush
its fun and I know im not good in the realisim part of art so it seems abstract or semi abstract is more my thing :wink2:

I have never tried abstract painting Bev, but I think I may read up on the technique after looking at this. I enjoy your style which I find very distinct to you.
