Finally got back in again :P This is also posted in Critiques and Animal & Wildlife

An experiment and practice for further equine pieces.

Soft pastel -- mostly Nupastel, with Rowney, a bit of Schmincke and a little Sennelier for the final layers -- on Art Spectrum.

Approximately 9x12"

Hi Roan!

Very nice & visually penetrating. Love those brown eyes.

I still owe you a "fur" demo. Will finally be able to start on it in May. All other projects have completed and will begin work on it then.
