Cant get into Chat

A new member Nikau cant get into chat, being told she hasnt got a Java browser. How can she get this browser. Help please. jlpaul@xtra.co.nz

Billyg - Internet explorer, or Netscape are java browsers....
I'm not sure what is the problem here...
Maybe the java is disabled in the browser ?

More information is needed. What os is being used? What web browser, what kind of connection to the internet etc.

billyg- I notice your friend is with xtra- if she calls the helpline there / can find the number through xtra homepage, they -should be able to update or do whatever needed to rectify. :)
